مشاكل فتح الملفات ذات الإمتداد (.CHM)

ملفات الــ(.chm) أو (Microsoft Compiled HTML Help) هي ملفات تم إنتاجها من قبل ميكروسوفت لبرنامج الــ"مساعدة" أو الــ"Help" داخل أن أنظمة التشغيل و تم تقديمها مع نظام التشغيل 98 و لازالت مدعومة تحت الأنظمة إكس بي (XP) و فيستا (Vista).

و نظراً لنجاح ذلك النوع من الملفات فإنه يتم إستخدامها كأحد الأنواع للكتب الإلكترونية، إلا انه في بعض الأحيان قد تواجه مشكلة أثناء فتح بعض ملفات الــ(.chm) و يبدو لك أن الملف أصبح تالف، فعندما تقوم بفتح الملف يظهر لك الرسالة "The page cannot be displayed" و هناك العديد من الإحتمالات لذلك كما بالصورة:

قد يكون البرنامج الخاص بعرض الملف غير مُسجَل بجهازك

أي قد يكون الملف %SystemRoot%\system32\hhctrl.ocx مفقود أو تالف أو غير مسجل.

الحل: قم بتنفيذ الأمر التالي "regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx" داخل نافذة "CMD".

قد يكون الملف موجود داخل أرشيف "Folder" به ذلك الرمز "#"

أي أن الملف محفوظ داخل 'C:\E-books\C#\'.

الحل: قم بتغيير اسم الأرشيف و ابتعد عن الرموز "?" "+" "&".

قد يكون التحديث الخاص بالويندوز يمنع فتح الملف

فذلك التحديث يمنع بعض من الملفات من الفتح كنوع من الحماية لمزيد من المعلومات اضغط هنا.

الحل: قم بالضغط علي الملف بكليك يمين و قم بإختيار خصائص "Properties"، ثم إضغط علي "Unblock".

In windows vista you can hide the usernames of all accounts. As it can be a security risk because it shows the usernames of all accounts that someone can try to use to break into the computer. In addition, the Logon screen can become cluttered with user accounts. So it is good to enable “Do not display last user name” policy. This policy if enabled it will hide all accounts just have a username box (to type your username) and password box (to type the password).

If you want to enable it, so just follow these steps:

1.       Click the Start button, type secpol.msc, and press Enter.

2.       The Local Security Policy editor loads, navigate through Local Policies and then Security Options.

3.       Locate the Interactive logon: Do not display last user name policy. Right-click it and select Properties.

4.       On the Local Security Settings tab, select Enable, and then click OK.

5.       Close the Local Security Policy editor and you are finished.
